The same thing as a medicine

The register of medicinal products lists 1 over-the-counter medicine with the same ingredient.

In a medicine the amount of the active substance is tested and released for every batch, and the manufacturer is inspected. In a supplement the same number is a declaration by the producer. The amount on the label may be identical — the way it is confirmed is not.
