1. What this site is

The suplometr.com site is run by CONSALTEX Marcin Mazurek, ul. Tadeusza Manteuffla 8/47, 03-988 Warszawa, Polska, NIP: PL8671431725.

Suplometr.com is a comparison site which, from the target given by the user, works out how many capsules a day are needed to reach that target and what it costs with a given product.

Use of the site is free and requires no registration and no personal data.

2. What this site is not

• It is not a shop. We do not sell supplements, take payments or fulfil orders. You always buy from an external seller, on that seller's terms.
• It is not an advice service. The site gives no medical or dietary advice, makes no diagnoses and recommends no dosages. The daily EPA and DHA target is set by the user alone.
• It is not a quality ranking. We do not rate products. We present the numbers from the label and the result of the calculation.

Before starting supplementation, consult a doctor or dietitian, especially if you take medicines, are pregnant or are breastfeeding.

3. The data and how current it is

Composition data comes from official labels and from manufacturers; prices and availability come from the product files supplied by shops. We enter it with due care, but we do not guarantee that it is fully current or free of errors.

Shop prices change more often than we can refresh our data, and manufacturers change their formulations. The information on the product package and the price shown in the shop at the moment of purchase are always the binding ones. Check both before you buy.

4. Liability and rules of use

The site is an information tool. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for purchasing or health decisions taken on the basis of the calculations shown, nor for the content and operation of the external sites the links lead to. No provision of these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded — in particular liability towards consumers arising from mandatory provisions of law.

We reserve the possibility of temporary unavailability of the site and of changes to the range of categories and products compared.

When using the site (including when writing to us), do not supply unlawful content. Any current web browser is enough to use the site. JavaScript is not required — without it the comparison form has to be submitted with the button instead of recalculating on its own.

5. Commercial cooperation, advertising and sponsored content

We use partner programmes, which means we may be paid for some of the click-throughs to a shop. We may also publish advertising, including a category sponsor banner or a sponsored offer.

Whatever the form of cooperation, the following rules apply:

• Every paid item is marked with the word “Advertisement” and visually separated from the comparison results.
• A sponsored offer takes no part in the sorting and holds no place in the ranking order.
• We do not sell ranking positions or any way to influence the order of the results.
• We do not sell the changing, hiding or modification of data on a product's composition.
• We do not remove products from the comparison at the request of an advertiser or a competitor.
• We take no payment for adding a product to the database.

Advertising contracts contain a clause excluding any influence of the advertiser on the data and on the order of the results. A full description of the main parameters determining the order of the results is in the How we rank section — in line with Article 6(4)(6) of the Polish Act on Counteracting Unfair Market Practices.

As at the date these terms were published, the site publishes no advertising and no sponsored content.

6. Rights to the content

The layout of the site, the descriptions and the way the results are presented are protected by copyright. Product names, trade marks and photographs belong to their owners and are used solely to identify products.

We do not allow automated downloading of a substantial part of our database. If you want to use our data — write to us.

7. Complaints and contact

Send comments, reports of errors in the data and questions to info@suplometr.com. We usually reply within a few working days. Data processing is described in the Privacy policy.

These terms apply from 30.08.2026. We announce changes by publishing a new version on this page.
